How to play

    1: Pull

    Each point begins with a pull to determine a team’s starting location.

    2: throw

    Offense chooses a space and rolls to see if the disc lands on or near its intended target. Defense marks the thrower and tries to hand block or tip the disc.

    3: run

    Offense moves a player to receive the disc while the other players run to set up the next play. Defense runs to get adjacent to the disc to defend the pass and the next plays.

    4: Catch

    Offense rolls to see if they catch the disc. Defense rolls simultaneously to block or intercept the pass.

    5: score

    Play continues until one team catches a pass in the end zone for a score! Three goals wins the game!
